Hurricane Irma will affect our community in the future. The trees that fell became new beautiful trees. The flooded roads became new and safe. Some homes were bad; but in the future, the houses are better than ever. Animals are dying, but in the future all animals are safe and healthy. -Chaniah G., Ms. Whelan's class Irma killed many trees; but in the future, the trees will grow back again. The houses fell or got damaged, and people rebuild homes. Animals did die, but I think people will help them if they are endangered. Lots of [rain] flooded animals homes. In the future, animals will find new homes. -Calvin M., Ms. Whelan's class Hurricane Irma affected our community. Hurricane Irma made sinkholes in the ground. Some trees got messed up.
